HNFD Board of Fire Commissioners

The HNFD Board of Fire Commissioners consists of 5 citizens elected from within the boundaries of the fire district. Elections are held every two years in conjunction with the November General Election. Two seats are available at one cycle and 3 are available on the next. Commissioners are elected for a term of 4 years.

The Board chooses its officers in the December/January time frame. The positions are Chairperson, Vice-chair, Secretary and Treasurer. Positions are held for a maximum of 2 years.

Meetings are held on the fourth Monday of the every month at 6 PM. Meetings are held at Fire Station 45, 8618 Esplanade St. Navarre FL. The meetings are open to the public. You are always invited to attend.

HNFD Pension Board

The HNFD Pension board consists of 5 citizens.  Two members are appointed by the Holley-Navarre Board of Fire Commissioners, 2 are Holley-Navarre Firefighters & the 5th member is elected by the Pension Trustees.  Trustees serve on the board for 2 years.  The positions are: Chairperson, Vice-Chair, Secretary/Treasurer.  Meetings are held quarterly per State requirements at 8618 Esplanade Street.  The meetings are open to the public and all are always invited to attend.
